Every year our team celebrates with a team holiday luncheon prepared by our amazing catering staff. No team luncheon is complete without some of Chef Thomas’s bread pudding. While he is usually cooking for several hundred people we asked him to cut his recipe so that we can take this tasty treat home!

2 Loaves whole grain white bread, cubed

1 Tablespoon nutmeg

1 Tablespoon cinnamon

1 & 1/2 cups granulated sugar

1/4 cup vanilla extract

1 cup heavy cream

1 & 1/2 cup raisins or any fruits desired, soak rains for at least an hour

2 Quarts liquid eggs

Bonus: You can also add a handful of chocolate chips!

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Mix together nutmeg, cinnamon, sugar, vanilla extract, heavy cream and liquid eggs in a large bowl until all ingredients are totally combined. Set aside this bowl.

In another bowl place bread and raisins then add liquid ingredients from first bowl until all the ingredients are combined.

Grease baking pan, place the mixture into the pan and spread mixture evenly. Place baking pan in oven for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
